- (Photo Printer) A photo printer, also called snapshot printer, is a computer printer that is specifically designed to print high quality digital photos on photo paper. These printers usually have a very high number of nozzles and are capable of printing droplets as small as 2 picoliters.
(Photo printer) In computing, a printer is a peripheral which produces a hard copy (permanent readable text and/or graphics) of documents stored in electronic form, usually on physical print media such as paper or transparencies.
Photographic printing is the process of producing a final image on paper for viewing, using chemically sensitized paper.

Free Print Giveway
Shot this poor impression of a startled Oompa Lumpa while between shots. It's not really part of my 365 so I'm not spending much time editing it. Which is why you can see the heater just over my left shoulder. Also some sensor dust here, there and everywhere. Ignore those. It's just a fun shot to highlight the Free Print Giveaway I'm running here and on Facebook.
I recently passed the milestone of 10,000 views on Flickr. I know there's folks with many times that but still, it's a significant milestone and one that bears celebrating. So I've decided to have a print giveaway.
At the risk of highlighting my absence to the world's burglers, I'm going to be walking the Camino de Santiago (starting August 25) so for the next seven or so weeks, please take the time to take a look through my stream and pick your favourite shot.
To be in with a shot of winning a free 8x8 print, all you have to do is name the print you'd like to get in comments below. If there's ten or less names, you'll all get a print. If there's eleven or more, there'll be a draw and the first ten names drawn will win their chosen print.
Finally, a quick thank you to everyone who has viewed, commented and favourited my shots over the course of the last year or so.

As the title and the text states, I'm giving away some prints. For right now, I'll be giving away 10 prints. I may up the number depending on how many people comment and how much money I have.
This is how this works:
1. Comment with a link to one of my works that you would like a print of. You can live anywhere, in any country, not just the USA. I will only be giving out one print to each one of the winners. No more than that.
2. The deadline is July 12th, so that's 3 weeks.
3. On July 12th, I choose 15 random people and message them for addresses.
Also, please note that some of the pictures may need to be cropped for the prints. In additon, any watermarks I place on my photographs will not be on the prints.
EDIT: I've upped the number of prints to 15 to increase the chances. I'll be choosing numbers randomly on July 13th based on your comment number.
